Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Warren Central Vikings (Vicksburg, MS) and the host Vicksburg Gators (Vicksburg, MS), saw Warren Central's soccer squad triumph over Vicksburg by a count of 7-0.

The Vikings (12-1) will now prepare for their battle against Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Falcons enter the 6A Region 2 battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Columbus was overwhelmed by Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Gators battle the Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS) in a 6A Region 2 battle, on Friday, December 20. Vicksburg will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record.
