The Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT), 68-66 in Saturday's league test.

The Bobcats (2-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, St. Bernard got by Waterford (Waterford, CT), 54-52, in a non-league test.

The Centaurs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stonington for a Eastern Connecticut II test on Tuesday, December 21.
