California High School Basketball - Ponderosa knocked off by El Dorado

December 18, 2021: Placerville, CA 95667

The El Dorado Cougars basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Ponderosa Bruins to 31 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 21. El Dorado will battle a Fighting Zebras team coming off a 52-41 non-league win over Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 8-2.

The Bruins (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against El Dorado (Placerville, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 8-5 record.
