Academy of the Holy Angels Angels (Demarest, NJ) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ), 57-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Academy of the Holy Angels upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Angels travel to Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Pascack Valley won 66-57 in their recent non-league bout against Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ)

Next up, the Maroons play the Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Ridgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
