Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Armorel Tigers (Armorel, AR), 63-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Rebels host Manila (Manila, AR) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 6-8.

Next up, the Tigers play the Mammoth Spring Bears (Mammoth Spring, AR) in a 1A Region 3 bout, on Friday, January 5. Armorel will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record.
