With the victory, Middletown upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Cloverdale (Cloverdale, CA) to play the Eagles in a North Central I challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Cloverdale lost 57-49 in their recent league challenge against Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA)

Next up, the Lobos play the Credo Gryphon (Rohnert Park, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Elsie Allen will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Gryphon come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 47-41 non-league loss to Rio Lindo Adventist (Healdsburg, CA).
