The GREEN Upstate Owls basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Upstate HomeSchool Bearcats to 46 in the Owls non-league triumph on Monday.

The Owls now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southside Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. GREEN Upstate will battle a Sabres team coming off a 40-34 non-league loss to Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Sabres record now stands at 6-4.

The Bearcats (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Athletic Club (Columbia, SC). The Panthers enter the South Carolina Christian A - Region 1 contest with a 10-5 record.
