Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN), 72-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Osakis upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Silverstreaks host Annandale (Annandale, MN) to play the Cardinals in a AA Section 6 bout on Friday, December 29. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Huskers play the Como Park Cougars (St. Paul, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Holdingford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 80-40 non-league loss to North (North St. Paul, MN).
