The Sibley East Wolverines basketball team (Arlington, MN), was overwhelmed 80-59 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Lester Prairie Bulldogs (Lester Prairie, MN)
The Bulldogs now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Lester Prairie will confront a Titans team coming off a 71-57 non-league loss to Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN). The Titans record now stands at 1-5.
The Wolverines (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN). The Raiders come into the AA Section 2 battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Central was overwhelmed by Jordan (Jordan, MN), 66-50, in a non-league battle.
