The St. Frances Academy Panthers basketball team scored 91 points and held the visiting Loyola Blakefield Dons to 88 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady of Mount Carmel for a MIAA A - Red contest on Tuesday, December 19. St. Frances Academy will meet a Cougars team coming off a 60-56 league win over McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.

The Dons (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pallotti (Laurel, MD). The Panthers enter the MIAA A - Red contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Pallotti was nudged by Maret (Washington, DC), 43-36, in a non-league contest.
