Classical Magnet Gladiators (Hartford, CT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Achievement First (Hartford, CT), 41-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Classical Magnet upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Gladiators travel to East Granby (East Granby, CT) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-1. East Granby won 44-16 in their recent non-league bout against Portland (Portland, CT)
