Austin-East Roadrunners (Knoxville, TN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Rebels (Knoxville, TN), 64-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Austin-East upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Roadrunners travel to Rockwood (Rockwood, TN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-6.

Next up, the Rebels play the Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. West will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
