Texas High School Basketball - Azle Christian knocked off by Providence Academy

The Providence Academy Lions basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Azle Christian Fighting Crusaders to 29 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.
The Lions now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood Presbyterian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Providence Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 49-22 non-league loss to Garland Christian Academy (Garland, TX). The Knights record now stands at 2-7.
The Fighting Crusaders (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rising Star (Rising Star, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record.
