The Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Calumet Copper Kings (Calumet, MI), 69-21 in Monday's non-league test.

The Miners (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Westwood (Ishpeming, MI). The Patriots go into the Western Peninsula test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Westwood walloped Manistique (Manistique, MI), 66-41, in a non-league test.
