The Carlinville Cavaliers basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Lincolnwood Lancers to 19 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bunker Hill for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. Carlinville will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 44-27 non-league win over Mississippi Valley Christian (Alton, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 2-6.

The Lancers (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Carlinville triumphed over Bunker Hill (Bunker Hill, IL), 53-19, in a non-league contest.
