Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Florence Bobcats (Florence, WI) and the visiting Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI), saw Florence's basketball squad overcome Forest Park by a tally of 48-39.

With the victory, Florence improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Elcho (Elcho, WI) to confront the Hornets in a Northern Lakes challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Elcho lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Three Lakes (Three Lakes, WI)

The Trojans (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Superior Central (Eben Junction, MI). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Superior Central was defeated by Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI), 58-31, in a non-league contest.
