Jasper Eagles (Jasper, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wheaton Bulldogs (Wheaton, MO), 51-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jasper upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Greenfield (Greenfield, MO) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Greenfield lost 65-19 in their recent non-league bout against Marionville (Marionville, MO)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Pierce City Eagles (Pierce City, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Wheaton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
