Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mooreville Troopers (Mooreville, MS), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Olive Branch Conquistadors (Olive Branch, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Tupelo Christian Prep will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.

The Troopers now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shannon for a 4A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. Mooreville will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-7.
