The Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) basketball knocked off the host A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC), 39-29 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Enka (Enka, NC). The Jets go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Enka notched a victory over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC), 53-45, in a non-league test.
The Rockets now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Buncombe for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. A.C. Reynolds will encounter a Black Hawks squad coming off a 68-62 non-league loss to North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Black Hawks record now stands at 5-3.
