In Monday's non-league outing, the Crystal River Pirates (Crystal River, FL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dixie County Bears (Cross City, FL), by a margin of 73-44.
The Pirates (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Springstead (Spring Hill, FL). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Springstead smashed Hernando (Brooksville, FL), 44-39, in a non-league outing.
