High School Ice Hockey - Houghton knocks off JV Opponent

The Houghton Gremlins trounced the host JV Opponent ice hockey squad by a count of 16-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Houghton moves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Gremlins travel to Calumet (Calumet, MI) to play the Copper Kings in a battle on Tuesday, December 19. The Copper Kings come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Calumet lost 6-1 in their recent league battle against Houghton (Houghton, MI)
The (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Grafton (Grafton, MA). The Gators come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record. In their last battle, Grafton Marlborough (Marlborough, MA), 2-2, in a non-league battle.
