In Wednesday's league contest, the host Fort Edward Flying Forts basketball team scored a big 74-29 triumph over the Warrensburg Burgers.

The Flying Forts (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, NY). The Railroaders go into the Section 2 Adirondack contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Whitehall smashed Lake George (Lake George, NY), 61-38, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Burgers battle the Lake George Lakers (Lake George, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack contest, on Friday, December 20. Warrensburg will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Lakers go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 61-38 league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, NY).
