Virginia High School Basketball - Manor can't hold off Norview

Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Manor Mustangs (Portsmouth, VA), 55-52 in a league match.

With the victory, Norview upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Pilots travel to Bethel (Hampton, VA) to face the Bruins in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 4-2. Bethel won 58-46 in their recent league match against Gloucester (Gloucester, VA)

The Mustangs now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Branch for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Manor will face a Bruins squad coming off a 61-60 non-league win over Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 2-1.
