The Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Millville Quakers (Millville, PA), 77-40 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Rangers now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Central Columbia for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 19. Northwest Area will play a Bluejays team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA). The Bluejays record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Millville falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Quakers host Sullivan County (Laporte, PA) to play the Griffins in a Midd-Penn bout on Saturday, December 21. The Griffins go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Sullivan County won 62-44 in their recent league bout against Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA)
