Arkansas High School Basketball - Brinkley nips Arkansas School for the Deaf

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Brinkley Tigers basketball team scored a close 2-0 win over the Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards.
The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against DeWitt (DeWitt, AR). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, DeWitt edged Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR), 40-13, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Leopards battle the Marvell Mustangs (Marvell, AR) in a 1A Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Arkansas School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
