Washington High School Basketball - Castle Rock bested by La Center

December 18, 2024: La Center, WA 98629

La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Castle Rock Rockets (Castle Rock, WA), 48-38 in a league match.

With the victory, La Center advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA) to meet the Cougars in a 1A Trico match on Thursday, December 19. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-4. Seton Catholic won 54-13 in their recent league match against Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA)

The Rockets now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host King's Way Christian for a 1A Trico match on Friday, December 20. Castle Rock will meet a Knights squad coming off a 44-33 league loss to Columbia (White Salmon, WA). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.
