In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting West Jessamine Colts basketball team scored a big 51-30 triumph over the Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs.

The Colts (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Madison Central smashed Madison Southern (Berea, KY), 63-35, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Paul Laurence Dunbar will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 0-6 record after their 74-44 non-league loss to South Laurel (London, KY).
