With the victory, Buffalo Gap advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Bison host Alleghany (Covington, VA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-3. Alleghany lost 61-16 in their recent non-league match against Staunton (Staunton, VA)

The Generals now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverheads for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. Stonewall Jackson will face a Gladiators squad coming off a 33-29 non-league win over Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Gladiators record now stands at 4-1.
