The Gretna Hawks basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Tunstall Trojans to 36 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hawks now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Brookville for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Gretna will confront a Bees team coming off a 45-27 non-league win over Liberty (Bedford, VA). The Bees record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Tunstall falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Dan River (Ringgold, VA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 4-2. Dan River won 65-63 in their recent non-league game against Patrick County (Stuart, VA)
