With the victory, Lone Star advances its record to 13-7 on the year. The Rangers travel to Grace Prep (Arlington, TX) to face the Lions in a non-league contest on Monday, December 29. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 13-4. Grace Prep won 50-43 in their recent league contest against Trinity Christian (Lubbock, TX)

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Turner Lions (Carrollton, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 contest, on Tuesday, January 6. Creekview will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record.
