Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pottsville nips Lehighton

Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), 45-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Pottsville upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Crimson Tide host Williamsport (Williamsport, PA) to play the Millionaires in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Millionaires come into the bout with a record of 4-1. Williamsport won 67-63 in their recent non-league bout against Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA)

Next up, the Indians play the Pen Argyl Green Knights (Pen Argyl, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Lehighton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
