North Carolina High School Basketball - Palisades trounces West Mecklenburg

December 19, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28278

The Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the visiting West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC), 69-38 in Monday's non-league test.

The Pumas (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Lewisville (Richburg, SC). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Lewisville was trounced by Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC), 75-46, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Garinger for a non-league test on Thursday, December 22. West Mecklenburg will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 89-12 league loss to Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-10.
