In Monday's league outing, the Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sonora Broncos (Sonora, TX), by a count of 85-35.
The Owls (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Panhandle (Panhandle, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 4-2 record.
The Broncos now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Water Valley for a 2A Region I District 7 outing on Tuesday, January 3. Sonora will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-38 league win over Ozona (Ozona, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-4.
