With the victory, Crookston upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Roseau (Roseau, MN) to play the Rams in a AA Section 8 bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Roseau won 64-48 in their recent non-league bout against Clearbrook-Gonvick (Clearbrook, MN)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Sacred Heart Eagles (East Grand Forks, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. East Grand Forks will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 61-36 league win over Red Lake County Central (Oklee, MN).
