Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA), 57-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dawson County upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-6.
Next up, the Falcons play the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Flowery Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 64-39 league win over East Hall (Gainesville, GA).
