Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Palisades Park Tigers (Palisades Park, NJ), 22-11 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Garfield upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Boilermakers travel to Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology lost 24-12 in their recent non-league bout against Manchester Regional (Haledon, NJ)

Next up, the Tigers play the Hasbrouck Heights Aviators (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Palisades Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
