Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Islesboro Central Eagles (Islesboro, ME), 66-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Temple Academy (Waterville, ME) to clash with the Bereans in a D South bout on Thursday, December 22. The Bereans go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Temple Academy lost 41-17 in their recent league bout against Forest Hills (Jackman, ME)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Islesboro Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
