The Tabb Tigers basketball team (Yorktown, VA), was nudged 47-40 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA)
The Rams now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a Bay Rivers match on Tuesday, January 3. Lafayette will meet a Falcons team coming off a 50-38 league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-5.
With the defeat, Tabb moves to 4-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Poquoson (Poquoson, VA) to meet the Islanders in a Bay Rivers match on Tuesday, January 3. The Islanders enter the match with a record of 1-5. Poquoson lost 33-25 in their recent league match against Bruton (Williamsburg, VA)
