The Stuarts Draft Cougars basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Mountain View Generals to 38 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverheads for a Shenandoah contest on Tuesday, December 20.

The Generals (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Page County (Shenandoah, VA). The Panthers enter the Bull Run contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Page County nudged Madison County (Madison, VA), 51-43, in a league contest.
