In Monday's league outing, the Rochester Rams (Rochester, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA), by a margin of 55-15.
The Rams (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against McGuffey (Claysville, PA). The Highlanders go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, McGuffey was trounced by Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, PA), 61-59, in a non-league outing.
The now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Freedom Area for a WPIAL 2A 1 outing on Monday, January 2. Sewickley Academy will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-48 league win over Shenango (New Castle, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-1.
