Ohio High School Basketball - Rogers can't hold off Start

The Start Spartans basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Rogers Rams to 39 in the Spartans league triumph on Monday.

The Spartans now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Hoban for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Start will battle a Knights team coming off a 62-32 non-league win over Culver Academies (Culver, IN). The Knights record now stands at 5-3.

The Rams (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Warrensville Heights (Warrensville, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Warrensville Heights nudged Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH), 62-44, in a league contest.
