In Monday's non-league outing, the Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) basketball squad edged the host Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA), by a margin of 52-47.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, East Rockingham held off Strasburg (Strasburg, VA), 43-16, in a non-league outing.
The Hawks now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Broadway for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 3.
