Kearny Christian Academy (Kearny, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Abundant Life Academy (Nutley, NJ), 46-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kearny Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The travel to Harmony Christian (Middletown, NY) to play the Hawks in a Metro Christian bout on Thursday, January 11. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 3-5.

Next up, the play the American Christian School (Wharton, NJ) in a Metro Christian bout, on Thursday, January 4. Abundant Life Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
