The St. John's Pioneers basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Algonquin Regional Titans to 41 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shrewsbury for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. St. John's will battle a Colonials team coming off a 65-64 non-league win over Westborough (Westborough, MA). The Colonials record now stands at 3-1.
The Titans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, North Middlesex Regional was routed by Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA), 57-54, in a non-league contest.
