Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Andrews Yellowjackets (Andrews, SC), 55-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Georgetown upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC) to clash with the Seahawks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Seahawks go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Myrtle Beach lost 63-61 in their recent non-league bout against Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC)

Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN) in a 3A District 6 bout, on Thursday, December 21. Andrews will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 69-42 non-league win over Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts (Chattanooga, TN).
