North Carolina High School Basketball - Parkland thwarts Atkins

December 19, 2023: Winston-Salem, NC 27127

The Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), 85-72 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Glenn notched a victory over Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC), 60-19, in a non-league test.

The Camels now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Carver for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 20. Atkins will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 53-36 non-league loss to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-4.
