The Barnesville Trojans basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Menahga Braves to 50 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frazee for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Barnesville will battle a Hornets team coming off a 78-68 non-league loss to Hawley (Hawley, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.
The Braves (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pierz (Pierz, MN). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Pierz was routed by Foley (Foley, MN), 57-54, in a non-league contest.
