The Big Lake Hornets basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Princeton Tigers to 59 in the Hornets league victory on Tuesday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mankato East for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Big Lake will battle a Cougars team coming off a 83-78 non-league loss to Century (Rochester, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.
The Tigers (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Delano (Delano, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Delano triumphed over Orono (Long Lake, MN), 79-74, in a league contest.
