Danville Christian Academy Warriors (Danville, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), 44-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Danville Christian Academy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Warriors host Morgan County (West Liberty, KY) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Morgan County won 72-59 in their recent non-league bout against Harvest Prep (Canal Winchester, OH)

Next up, the Rebels play the Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Boyle County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 9-0 record after their 55-44 non-league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY).
