The Cresskill Cougars basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the visiting Waldwick Warriors to 52 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midland Park for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Cresskill will battle a Panthers team coming off a 48-31 non-league loss to Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.

The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Saddle River Day was routed by Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ), 55-48, in a non-league contest.
